The purpose of this document is to articulate how Europe’s distribution system operators (DSOs) could contribute to the European Union’s recovery plan. It focuses on a set of recommendations that could accelerate the development of a more sustainable, efficient and resilient energy system in Europe following the Covid-19 crisis to stimulate Europe’s economies and contribute to the EU’s Green Deal agenda.
