InnoGrid is back! EC Vice-President Maroš Šefčovič, EC Director Marie Donnelly, ACER’s Alberto Pototschnig, CEER’s Marie-Pierre Fauconnier, Jean-Michel Glachant from the FSR, Prof. Leigh Hancher, the SEDC’s Frauke Thies, EDSO’s João Torres, ENTSO-E’s Peder Andreasen and Bente Hagem: these are only a few of the over 30 high level speakers who will be participating in the 2016 edition of the InnoGrid2020+ conference. This year’s conference will address ‘Digital Energy’: Is the power system of the future an evolution or a revolution? What do smart grids imply in terms of technological innovation? How to make use of big data analytics in energy? How can regulation facilitate innovation in the new power system? and many other key questions will be discussed.
Over 20 R&D projects with EU added value will present their work & results at the conference and networking exhibition. Watch the projects’ videos and descriptions to have a glimpse at the European power system of the future.
The event is co-organised by EDSO for Smart Grids and ENTSO-E, along with partner Florence School of Regulation and The Netherlands Presidency of the Council of the EU and sponsors Smart Wires, Landis+Gyr and Ampacimon.
